first i sand it with 40 grit
then use plastic adhesion promoter
then i use a combination of liquid plastic first to hold any rings in place and fill voids
then i use a fibreglass paste with carbon fibre in it
then filler
works for me
i would love to find somewhere over in the u.k that sells the duramix 40/40 & 40/58
can anyone get it cheap as i would defo be interested in buying some
its nice to be important , but its more important to be nice

I can get it, I love that stuff. Unfortunately there is no such thing as cheap. I think it's ~$50 for a shop tube plus you need the tips and a gun..........for start up use you are looking at ~$250 which is 1 gun, 1 tube, and 5 tips.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

covered the bottom half of front door cards and personally im quite happy with the outcome.
just wanted to ask before i cover the top,ive heard that the ti-tweets prefer to be close to the mid-range drivers,i was going to install them in the a pillars what experience have people had with there tweeter placement.

yeah, if you had maybe not installed the mid on the door then not to bad.
but if you have room on your sail pillers then put them there.
i think on the a pillers will be too far and may actually cause a
pinpoint type of sound were you can tell the mids are seperate from
tweets.
