Heath Ledger's swan song

Is it just me, or is it looking like Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker in the new batman movie is the true definition of a swan song? I think it'll at least help us forgive him for Cowboy Sex Mountain. I've seen a shit ton of previews for the new movie and I cant think of another role he's played that's as involved, gritty, or entertaining as his portrayal of the Joker....just thought i'd throw that stuff out there...i miss heath, dudes
