Here you go: I believe I have the RJ11 jacks pins correctly labled according to your pictures. ttocs is correct, you cannot just run jumpers, you will either have to cut the traces, or desolder the jack, clip the leads above the board and run some small insulated wires through the holes in the board and to the necessary points.
So, if my labels are correct, the circled red and black pins are tied together and to ground, and the circled yellow and white pins are tied together and jumpered to B+. The only problem with doing it this way, is that the RMD will not shut off when the vehicle is off. You could switch the ground to the distro with a relay, and that would effectively cure it, or you could build the remote circuit above and have the same effect but with no electo-mechanical components.
