I believe the white rings that stick out are for the hooks on the back seat to clip onto. The bottom sticks out a little but there is not much of an angle there. Take the carpet out and see if your amps are not too tall to fit, depend on what he is using but I think you said RF? Then you have plenty of space for subs under the seat. Personally I would fire them down, downfiring boxes are so nice and smooth but you need to leave as much space as you can from the floor. Too close and it will limit output.
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.
