thanks Joerg...I just found 5 of the original nippon caps...nib...old stock on ebay for 13 bucks....identical in everyway to the os caps...he he I know that they are likely just as unstable as the ones that were in the amp and won't use em....but I bought em non the less

I don't know how to create a link but in the completed listings section it is this auction 200366127872...I'll check the caps when they come but I am nearly certain they will just sit here....or drop em in a dummy amp for display or something....

dp let me know....where are you now Joerg....the uk?

If u compare america with austria the first thing u notice will be that everything in the states is 5 times as big as it is in austria. People are much more calm in america and don´t have as stressed out lives as people in austria do. What i really think is better in austria is the food culture. Except for steaks! 8) Other than that i would make a novell to write down, but as for me america is always worth a vacation so should austria be for americans.

BTW: Here´s the link

Good job Joerg....I can't figure that one out!!!! So what do you think of the caps? It really doesn't say how old they are....I guess we'll see. I thought about buying all of em they had but if they turned out to be worthless I'd be assed out 100 bucks....and I need that to get the signal caps!!!! Think I found a better then the dcx that I was going after to get the excelon out of the car and am going to go with a nice eclipse....believe it to have assyemetrical crossovers and alignment built in to it 8) 8) 8) On a trade no less!!!! Those are always the best deals!!!!!

im rolling dice too, just picked up 15 of them....for 50.00 i will test them when they arrive and check'em out.. figured for 50.00 i'd roll the dice. like you said maybe for display amp piece or whatever... but i bet they'll be fine. i dunno what makes me think that, maybe just hope, but i think/feel they should be just fine.
