Can the signal from the basscube outputs be used with multiple subwoofer amplifiers?

it could, but if the amps have line outs, that would be a better option imo
my ex-girlfriend said "its car audio or me"
i've had tougher choices at a soda machine...

they both do have line in and outs. so what does that mean yes the signal will be passed on? the useable, low frequency bass enhancement right?

Yes the signal will be passed to next amp, whatever goes in is the same that will come out.
