whats up,
Most of us have replaced the power supply caps in the ZPA's we own, for me I used the new Panasonic FC series, 8200uf @16v 105c 18mm x 35mm...cost about $2.71 each from digikey and are considered by many to be a high quality audio cap.
I also went ahead and replaced the rail caps for good measure, look in the panasonic section for the "HA" series, IIrc, I used a 12,000uf @ 50v 105c for the big ones The smaller rail caps were replaced with 6800uf @ 35v 105c..
and while ur at it with the amp all apart replace the IRFZ44's power supply mosfets with the higher amperage IRFZ48's, doing this will provide better protection to the power supply when the voltage drops down really low,the fet can burn up. its cheap insurance! I bought 50 of the 48's on fleabay for like 20 or 30 bucks. check your dc offset while ur at it..
have fun!
