Looking for a new sub. Again....

Post by lukeman269 »

So, I really want to find a great 10 inch subwoofer that will operate perfectly on 400 rms. I don't really feel like investing more money into my amplifier power, unless I could find a ZX600ti for a steal of a deal. I want a good amount of output with a solid range. I plan on porting this sub to whatever specs it needs. Will build a box accordingly when I buy it. I'm really considering dropping about 150-300 bucks to find the woofer I will be satisfied with. I have tried so many different brands, models and sizes its ridiculous. Just haven't been real impressed with anything I have tried. Maybe it is because my car isn't optimal for a sound system? It's a grand marquis.

If you guys have any subs you're selling that you think I would be interested in, please PM me. I have cash in hand ready to spend on a good piece of equipment. All recommendations are welcome.

SSA dcon. Very few subs can match the output or sq for the price and they LOVE 300 400 watts.

My first thought was a dcon, my second was a DD, my preference would be the DD.
