been a while but im back
just bought a eq215x of flebay and lo and behold it wont power up.
opened it up to see if anything jumps out at me but not much at all catches my eye.
checked the voltage going through and its reaching the internal fuse and it has not blown.
please please all help appreciated.

On the board near the input power connector should be an SG2525 PWM controller. It has two output pins which drive a pair of MOSFETs, and these are connected to the small transformer on the board. You should measure the output voltage in both AC and DC of the output pins and post the numbers here.
I have found these to be bad on EQ215s in the past.
