Welcome to the Phorum!

I don't think anyone here will have anything bad to say about the 6.5 RSD's. I know I sure don't. They are the best speaker I have ever heard in their price range, and compete well with some speakers well out of their price range.

Some of the other guys with more comparison experience will chime in I'm sure.

Also check in the reviews section, and in this section for other comments about them, I know alot has been posted about them. The search button is your friend.

Anyway, Welcome....

Dollar for dollar the are in a league all of their own.

In short they are comparable to speakers 2-3 times their price and still better than many of those.

In my listening the only downside I can relate is that the 300-400hz range is a bit slow or muddied.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

they would be in direct competition to anything in the sub $200 category

polk DB series
JL TR's
Infinity Reference.

Although, i would be confident pitting them against the next teir in all three of those manufacturer's gear.
