The never ending install saga part 3!!!

Post by flogger11 »

Well, I have decided to go from a sealed enclosure to a custom (by me!) ported enclosure (first ported build), tuned for sq (fs 27 hz, sweet!). With the ZPA0.5 bridged mono on my SSi in this tuned enclosure, it should rock! I wont know until my 0.5 shows next Friday, but even then my wire upgrade/line driver is two weeks away. You cant beat Treo's customer service, they helped me design this enclosure for my Accord, Treo is the best! I am waiting for my terminals and for my "carpet pro" friend, will hit you guys with pics when I have it finished!

Some updated pics, for a basic box, it sure fits nice! Off to my carpet man next... You can also see where my amp rack is going, straight to the wheel well, screw the spare, I've got AAA! LOL!

Lookin good man. That box looks like a prime candidate for a trim panel, which spans your trunk. That would make for a really clean install!

Thanks for the idea, I will be integrating a trim panel into my final install!
