old kickers

Post by nutxo »

Im really short on funds right now so Im thinking about pulling my original kicker 8 inch comps out of the closet. You know, round, black with a square looking K?

Ya think they can handle 2 channels of the xenon 200.4 I have on the way?

As long as you never feed them a clipped signal or test tones, I think most comps could take that power.

Yeah yeah. I think they are rated for like 200-250 rms. I was a huge fan of old school solobarics. Very musical and could get really freakin low in a small ( for the time ) box. I think my 12's took 1.5 per sub and that was considered miniscule at the time.
