I got the measuring stick out and the realized the Outlaw is one big amp. It going easily fit between the rear strut towers, but their isn't going to ton of room on each side. How much vertical clearance should I be giving M series amp for breathing room in an enclose box (with fans)? The amp is abo...

If money was no object and you had room. Front Stage- I am no expert on this, I would sample a few set with your own ears. I have always wanted to try the Dynaudio's Sub - PG Cyclone and use additional Subs Amp - I am partial to PG, I am sure their are better amps out their, I am not sure I would re...

Floor Mounting for M Series amps

I have decided to suck it up and redo the trunk in my daily driver. The sub box cuts into the room the family needs for long trips. I am going to raise the floor slightly, mount the sub in the spare tire well and mount my amp recessed in the floor. I am probably going to be using an Outlaw. The M100...

You want them all out, except the rear bypass feed (push that one in) and the frequency select is your choice, the x10 would normally be used for tweeter higher pass. I sometime get cofused 9or accident hit buttons)when install them and just figure it out on the spot.

I sold a clean M50 for $160 (I can't quite remember exact amount) a year ago to Phorum member. 9/10 is what I would put the condition at. Condition obviously makes a big difference as well, perfect ones are much harder to find. The old school amps have been going up in price of recent. I would guess...

The power ratings of the Series II gave rating of 14.4 V so they were higher. They look pretty similliar inside, but I never really went over them with a tooth and comb when they were side by side.

Mine moves freely. The motor often need to be cleaned with useage, but if that is true the one your looking at is not new.

A buzzing humming noise with weak output? My ZX475ti had a noise like that and crossover was bad. It started with one channel and then to both rears.

The box will say AL on it as well. It is obvious in person as they are much lighter color, the surface is rough, as well as the weight difference (my 500.4Al is 7 lbs the steel version is 12). Most of the ebay examples I have seen, the sellers don't know what they have. When I was looking for mine, ...

I am not 100% sure how many Outlaws, but it more than 500 (I have 0967) I suspect it might be 1845, but its only a guess. We had a thread in the auction section about I think someone had Outlaw 18xx (I want to saw 1833, but this off the top of my head). I asked the ebay auction Outlaw who claims to ...

v2 is more desirable. The v2 is a fan upgrade. At the time, Phoenix Gold would upgrade the Zx350 to V2's under warranty. I don't know the exact way PG did them, but I have have had 4 ZX series amps. One was clearly ZX350 and I had it sent back to PG and they did the upgrade for free, but they also p...

x3 on the bridge your amp to the fronts and run the 6x9's off the deck Agreed. I run my RSD65CS to my M25 and run the Boston Acoustic 6" coxial off deck power. I actually cut the tweeter wire off the coaxials and mostly fade to the front. I really only use the rear when I have passengers or I ...

Tha doesn't sound too bad. I wasn't sure if someone could face legal issues. JOMA clearly is shill bidding up his auctions and that is really sleazy. I want his Bandit ...

That makes more sense dgoodhue. Could my blow off valve need to be readjusted? Ie, loosen up on the spring pressure? That would be my best guess. Your not runing that high of boost and it sounds like from your descritpion its working at WOT boost pressures. I honestly don't use a Blowoff Valve, but...

Interesting. I should look into that a little more. The reason I say it is wastegate(yes it is an external) flutter is because the sound is coming from the rear of the car where the wastegate is. The blowoff valve is in the front. When it opens, no question where the sound is coming from. I haven't...

so why did rally cars do it all the time, to the point that game makers programmed it into the games? The compressor flutter or Blow off valve? Blowoff valve flutter. Then, thats actually wastegate flutter. The blow off valve is relatively quiet. The video doesn't really pick it up for whatever reason. The wastegate and blowoff valves are tial... I don't see how that is wastegate flutter (I assume its an external). It sounds like your blow...

if everything is grounded at a single point i'm at a loss. i'm not sure how the strut tower is welded to the frame in the celicas...but that is about the only other idea i have, is maybe even though your ground point is solid, the tower still isn't providing enough metal to metal to allow the curra...
