Question about distribution block

Post by ooober60 »

I have two 4 gauge wires coming to my battery and I figured the best way to connect them to the battery is through a distribution block. I was thinking about just going to bestbuy today and pick one up. I would also need a 1/O gauge wire to connect that from the block to the battery. Where do I put the fuse for all of this? I currently have two fuses on both of these wires but they are not hooked up. I looked at a diagram and it says that I only need one between the battery and the block. So should i take the ones i currently have off and just have that one? Also, What size fuse should I use if i need one between the battery and the block? Thanks

Personally, I'd grab a set of PG 0/1g(4g reducer included) batt terminals. The new line is pretty sweet I have to say. Check these out-
