Powdercoating is usually pretty cheap and is charged by the batch. My place is pretty cheap and do a nice job (usually). Heck, Im going to have some stuff powdercoatd on Monday.
The only hard part (for us) is to strip the powdercoat, its a PTA to do.
Stop by your local machine shop. They usually powder coat parts on a regular basis and you might be able to let you drop your part in a batch they have going. Or in worst case they can get you in touch with the powder coaters themselves.

only problem i might run into is i need to match my blue 2250ta i found a vendor online and they do it all form striping to finish..... i just want a few options and opinions ....I didnt want to go with the first one i found with out talking to a few of you
