what means parametric?
is this also a lindriver?
is a basscube an upgrade to my system?with my xenon amps
is an eq needed like for example an 215x?
does a ti powercore 15 or 20 help with my system?
what is the diff between 215x and 215ix?
grtz

whoops, i will answer what i can, someone will have to help with most of it

A power core is a giant capacitor and distribution blockand can help a quite a bit with your system. but they are more expensive then the benifit they give IMO

i think a bass cube isnt worth it in your system. your xenon amp already has an ajustable subsonic filter which is the big benifit with the base cube.

Parametric means you select the frequency, and the amount of adjustment. So you have two dials... one for frequency, one for boost/reduction, instead of the standard EQ that has a defined frequency, and you just have one adjustment for boost/reduction.

My audiosource Three.1 is a linedriver. I do not know about the TEQ's, but I would imagine they could be. All PG EQ's I know of, except for the basscube, can be used as a line driver as well. The basscube does not increase the voltage.

An EQ is needed to adjust the frequencies in the car. You reduce the volumes of frequencies that play louder than others. To do this properly, you need to tune it with what is called an RTA - real time analyzer. It tells you the volume of each frequency in your car, so that you can adjust your EQ.

A powercore would definitely help a lot with all of your amps. It works as a power and ground distribution block, and has a LOT of capacitance, that will help stabilize the voltage and make your system sound better.

The EQ 215x has what is called an "RNET" to adjust the crossover frequency. Basically it is a chip, that you insert into a socket, and it tells the EQ what the HP/LP frequency is. The EQ 215ix has a knob instead of rnets, so you can adjust it without taking the EQ apart, and having to install different chips to change the frequency.
