Can i use this to power my tweeters and 6x9 or is it just a sub amp?

not only that, but its a d class amp which means it is sterile above about 600hz.
my ex-girlfriend said "its car audio or me"

alright so i won't go that way. i've just picked up a qx4075 amp, for really cheap, but can't find anything on it. would appreciate any help( watts, reviews, power, ect).
