baaad baad luck
Ok so I dunno if you remember but along time ago I bought the xenon 200.4 for my car and it went into protect mode and made a loud siren noise. I found out that a bad batch of xenons would just trip into protect mode and you have to send them in to get it fixed because of a solder joint or something like that. Well I recently just put in my xenon 1200.1 that I bought from the F & F sale and.... what DO YOU KNOW! It worked for 3 days and then now its blinking into protect mode. I must just have bad luck with xenon amps and got the bad batch for every single xenon amp. The thing that sucks is that I haven't even sent in my xenon 200.4 to get it fixed because i have been broke but now I have to send in the xenon 1200.1 and now pay SO MUCH MONEY to have them fixed even though I did nothing wrong. I know that the F & F xenon1200.1 will be fixed for free but I was thinking that my xenon 200.4 gets fixed for free as well to keep me as a happy satisfied customer. All I want is it to be fixed and no problems. The thing thats ironic is my zx350 has had no problems and running fine and smooth with no problems and its way OLDER! LOL The stuff i bought was BNIB xenons.

True true... But I could not believe the xenons power of 200 rms into 4 channels!!!!!! and it seemed like it was the best bang for the buck compared to other amps and I heard nothing but good things about it.... MINUS the problems ive had. I might have to start thinking about switching. I love the zx350 and I bet if i had 2 zx500s it would sound really nice... so now im wondering...... but still i wanna fix my xenons!joerg wrote: That´s why i stay at oldschool!Good luck with getting the stuff repaird!

i still LOVE the zx series, but ive had 3 of the new rsds, NOT A SINGLE ISSUE with a one of them, i kill the rsd1200.1 in my personal vehicle, its never gone into protect, ovl, nothing, it keeps plugging away, i think my audi alternator will die before the rsd, just my opinion though-ttocs wrote:there is a big difference between old pg and new pg huh? There is a reason why we like their stuff from over 10 yrs ago more then the recent stuff....
