that's Maik's Corsa. He got very well placed in the finals last year IIRC; there's a thread about it over on TalkAudio.co.uk and someone mentioned something about him being a pneumatics engineer and Nobel gases in the midbass chambers.... 
Edit: the volvo with the red leather (ca 1:55) is alex's; he's Ale555 over on TA (link as above), search for "the lounge" and you'll see the effort put in. A bunch of DLS A amps bolted to the roof IIRC....
more: the metal bass is from rbsarve on DIYMA, he's now over in Stockholm. Doesn't post much on DIYMA any more, though; they have also done customized versions of the Peerless / Vifa TG9s in the past. Very well regarded ones, too.
I'm kinda shocked just how many cars from this I am aware of the owners of.... maybe I should compete
