i also have seem to frequently have ringing in my ears :cry: that sucks

My place of employment test us all once a year. According to the test, I improved???????????? I think I know the machine to well and know when the next freq is being played.

ALWAYS wear protection guys.. if theres one thing that make me crazy, its the amount of teenagers not practicing safe spl.

but seriously, I feel like killing myself for about two days if I decide I dont need to wear ear plugs for a day.. luckily your ears are generally quite good at repairing short term damage.

also, i'm sure everyone has seen the charts and such. tolerance for extremely loud noises is short, but even not so loud ones can be damaging over time. listening to a stereo at 120db for a long length of time can be just as bad as 160db bursts.
I'm afraid of widths.
