Can some one explain to me bi polar and polar response to me....

Bipolar individuals generally experience mania, hypomania or mixed states alternating with clinical depression and euthymic or normal range of mood over varied periods of time. There are many variations of this disorder. A person with bipolar disorder generally tends to experience more extreme states of mood than other people. Moods can change quickly (many times a day) or last for months. Bipolar individuals tend to have very 'black and white' thinking, where everything in life is either a positive aspect or a negative. Mood patterns of this nature are associated with distress and disruption, and a relatively high risk of suicide. Bipolar disorder is also associated with a variety of cognitive deficits, in particular, difficulty in organizing and planning. The disorder may also skew the ability to judge others' emotion, and alter sense of awareness. Bipolar individuals can be overly observant and analytical of their environment, and in some cases paranoid of others.

The polar bear (Ursus maritimus), also known as the white bear, northern bear, sea bear, or nanuq in some Inuit languages, is a species of bear that is native to the Arctic and the apex predator within its range. Its thick blubber and fur insulates it against the cold, and its white or cream-colored fur, which is also translucent, camouflages it from its prey. The bear has a short tail and small ears that help reduce heat loss, as well as a relatively small head and long, tapered body to streamline it for swimming. The polar bear is a semi-aquatic marine mammal that depends mainly upon the pack ice and the marine food web for survival. It has uniquely adapted for life on a combination of land, sea, and ice and is now dependent on this combination.

So are you trying to find a bipolar bear or what?

the terms your asking about refer to the response patterns of a speaker or microphone type transducer.
Polar being related to the spacial response in front of the transducer at all angles on a 180 degree plane. There are vertical and horizontal planes, and everything in between on both those axis. It also tries to describe the three dimensional sound response curves that transducer produces in its sound field
And Bipolar is what a friend of mine gets lithium treatments for
