seriously any amp will do nearly any load (unless it has short protection) its not until you push it into thermal or clipping it will become a problem... real fast...

it can do it for a while....but it isnt something i would run it on everyday.

as really loud said, any amp can handle any load to a point. what will happen is it will pull more current at lower loads. which creates more heat. so as soon as you reach the point where its pulling more currant then heat sink and/or fans can dissipate....you got problems

Corey just buy new subs
don't damage your new amps
also if you find the right sub for the box size. I turly feel most 15 need alot more than 2.5 cub ported
even my jl 15 in the theater room said it need 4cub ported and 2-2.5 selaed
most of my gear is gone :liar:

ya thats the route to go.... I don't want to be let down by 12's tho.... so the box is what it is. got it all sealed up after I discovered a few leaks because the subs weren't seated v. good. much nicer now. the T/S sheet I have recommends 2.0 Cu FT for these with a 10.39l and 4 inch port for a tuning freq of 35 Hz wish i had dual 4 VC tho. I would be happy then.
