If its been awhile since you have had a system in i would double check all the power and ground connections to make sure nothing got loose or corroded.
Im not a amp tech in the slightest... But i would try hooking up another amp in its place and if it sound good i would blame the amp, if not start hunting the car for grimlins

the amp powers on..its just not producing the proper sounds. i checked all the wires and tested all 3 of the rca's i got and still comes down to the ti 1000.2 that i think is not working properly. what should i have the crossover set at if im just trying to push one sub..possibly bridged

if it is the amp there are some people on here that are good at fixing them if you are patient. this place isnt the fastest moving forum out there, but there is lots of help if you stick around
...and if you dont want to fix it there are a few that like buying busted amps for projects as well

set the config to Lp, does not matter which of the 2 Lp if you are not piggy backing another amp off of it. I would set the crossover around 80 and tune it till it sounds rite.
My internet is SLOW rite now so i did not google your deck to see what voltage it puts out, but i would start with it up around a 3rd to start out.
Ti amps like to run with a little bass boost so i would turn it up around a 3rd and tune from there.
If the amp has been sitting awhile you might try turning all the knobs and crossover a few times incase there is dust in the switches...

just noticed you said 3 sets of rca, if your deck has a built in crossover you probly want to bypass the one on the amp and use the one in the deck... Im assuming since you said you had a system in before that you are familiar with the crossover functions of the deck.
Ok gave up and waited for the internet, crutchfield says it has 2v preamp outs which is low, probly going to have to run the gain prity high. there is a good thread in the how to area on setting gains with a meter, but we need to see if it works before that
Crutchfield also said that it has 2 sets of pre outs one that can be run as a sub out. I would make sure you have all the bass boost and eq on the deck set flat and the set of rca going to the amp set up on the sub out set around 80hz and go from there.
I dont know if i have anything else i can suggest to help. welcome to the phorum by the way...
