Ok! I´ll bring this back up here! I hereby can tell that roybou64 or royboy64 or roy escamilla is a guy that absolutly everybody should´nt deal with! He took my money and never shipped this amp! I call this amp a stolen amp as it is paid for and he didn´t keep up with our contract! FRANK AMP`N STEIN #72 is a STOLEN amplifier! Until furhter notice this stay´s up here! But i don´t think he´ll show up and clear the situation! If so i´ll delete everything written above!

shit that's bad news, will keep an eye out for him/#72 in the future and hope something good can come out of it for you, paypal claim??

Paid with Paypal and i´m a 100% sure he´s from racine wisconsin. I would need his IP tracked by Tom to just nail the town he lives in.

File a claim with paypal, doing so pulls the money right out of his account and there is nothing he can do except beg you to cancel the claim. You can also request the sellers contact info through paypal, and they will give you everything related to the account.

Good luck, I hate nothing more than scammers.

Forget Paypal if u deal outside of ebay! No protection at all!

Always make sure u pay thru your credit card.

It´s for sure now! He is from racine in wisconsin! His real name is roy a escamilla and he is 32 years old! Born on the 31st of may 1977. I have his address too!

I´m kinda tempted to post it here, but first i´ll shoot him one last E-Mail!

If your paypal address is confirmed & that is where you asked the seller to ship, it does not matter if the deal was through ebay or not.
I bought a carPC from a kid on another forum a while ago that flaked out after I paid him. 3 weeks of zero communication & the day after I filed the claim he got ahold of me trying to get everything taken care of asap because paypal took the money back out of his bank account.

My credit card firm is already working on it! Just a matter of time now! They told me that they will contact paypal as well! I forwarded them all the information about the seller as well! And guess what! VISA is international!

I will tell you from experience that internet scammers get really paranoid when you can email them a satalite pic of their house when they think they are invisible....
