600.1 broke?

Post by twanked~ls »

i have a 600.1 running 2 jl w3's and sometimes it will play at full power than it will go to about half power or 1/4 power. then somtimes the amp will shut off and go into protection mode. all my connections look ok i think. anything to look for. the amp isnt that old. maybe 1 yr at the most

Could be a lot of things, but Pg has a toll free number for there service group and they will fix you up for a flat rate. If its the amp.
Have you tried another amp maybe?, of checked you connections and what not ?

Power cable size makes a huge difference, as does the wiring config. Check your ground connection as well.

Any photos of the wiring under-hood and at the amp?
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.
