has pez changed?

I have a friend that collects pez and one she has a large box that she collects extras in that she gives out for haloween. I was over there the other day and she said to go ahead and have one. It had been years since I had played with one so I was excited about the idea of pulling back the head and getting my candy. I remember somekind of funny/stupid joke or something written on the inside of the candy wrapping but this one confuses me. Whats with the bear and the wagon?

I have a small PEZ collection. Might find one here or there from time to time, was able to get a few from relatives over the years.

by collects pez I mean she easily has 4-500 different types, on display. They have a couple of really nice glass/lit cases that you would expect nice jewelry in and all it has is pez. She even has some that are 3ft tall and tried to have one of each one ever made........
