xenon 600.1 and rsdc 12" sealed wiring question

I have my rsdc 4ohm dvc sub wired in parallel(pos to pos, neg to neg, than one to speaker terminals on amp) for a 2 ohm load. My question is on this amp, does it matter which positive and negative connection you use? Currently have one connection to the left postive terminal and one to the right negative terminal.

Doesn't matter whatsoever. Either positive or either negative will suffice. I had mine hooked up the same way you have yours.
