Is anyone able to cut aluminum? Let me know?

you can do it with a standard router and some good bits as long as you go slow and keep the bit cool.

Make it out of wood and then just transfer it to metal.

Yes, I can CNC cut aluminum. What are you looking for? If it needs to be out of anything thick, you may not like the idea of what it will cost...

I need two rings to be about 1/8-1/4 inch thick
Outer hole- 4.65 inches
Inner hole- 3.75
Let me know how much that would run?
My hope is that the inner part has a beveled edge.
Let me know if you can do it?
