i have two RSDC124 getting hooked up to this amp
http://www.menaceaudio.com/car_amps.html the 3000.2 version. What would be my best bet for wiring the speakers internally...and then to the amp?

well it says its 4ohm bridged stable.
so you would run the subs like this:
the top + and - go to the amp
sorry for the crappy paint drawing. its late

also, do you have the manual for that amp? im skeptical of its power ratings.
even if you break down their marketing numbers (1500 x 2 MAX power at 2ohms) still puts it at 375 rms per channel...which still seems high to me based on its size

Rms power @4ohm 300 watts x 2 channel
Rms power @2ohm 450 watts x 2 channel
Bridged rms power output 900watts x 1 channel
has 3 40 amp fuses
that comes from the manual

not quite sure what you are asking here.
the + and - next to each other is one voice coil. the terminals on the other side of the sub are the other voice coil. those 2 are the same.
if you make the wires look like the pictures you will be good to go.

if you do not pay attention though you will just make one VC a closed loop and the amp will see a much lower ohms load which is bad.

What I would do is wire the subs in parallel (2 ohms), then hook one to each channel of the amp, instead of bridging it.

"if you do not pay attention though you will just make one VC a closed loop and the amp will see a much lower ohms load which is bad"
what would cause this?

just put in the # of subs and what ohm they are and it tells you how to wire them...
