Wow, I would say the view is worth half the price alone.

I did not think of it before, but it is pretty obvious, being all brick makes that house a major value.
Got "schooled" by member shawn k on May 10th, 2011...
No longer really "in tune" with the audio industry, and probably have not been for some time.
Hands down the forum's most ignorant member...
Don't even know what Ohm's law is...

Nice! Congrats man.

The kitchen cabinets might be decent. Just do a minor fluff and buff with granite and appliances... Unless you pay, new cabinets are crap.

Nice yard and the view is golden!

The garage door is trippy :)

Man I love the look of that place. Its got character, not like these new suburban cookie cutter homes. Nice view as well!
