Do you have some detailed photos you can post of it? The 4 large rail caps pretty much never fail. Their only failure I have ever seen is if they get too hot the heat shrink starts pulling down on them and they look bad. But even then they are usually fully functional.

That looks like it is in very good condition. I highly doubt there are any issues with the big blue capacitors.

Amp works flawlessly as it sits right now, Just a cosmetic baskit case
