got to look'n at my rsdc, and seen that the pice with holes in it up in the hole in the magnet is bent up in to the cone , its not tuching it, but i have not put power to it yet.
should i try to pull it back down ? or leave it, or send it back ?
That should be glued all around its perimeter so it never comes loose.

No longer really "in tune" with the audio industry, and probably have not been for some time.
Hands down the forum's most ignorant member...
Don't even know what Ohm's law is...
With the pressure that could be present moving in/out through the pole piece, it could make that fall out then it's like having a dropped valve in a cylinder of a car. You know what'll happen after that.
"ZPA's will have the same sound essentially as you get from the MS, they just feature a bigger shinier set of balls."
You might be able to fix it yourself, if where you bought it from wont take it back. We are talking about the screen in there correct? I would either pull it on out or see if you could get a pick up in there to pull it back down and re glue it yourself.
I would send it back if possible, but if you remove it, it wont affect anything as its just there to stop debris from getting in there, out of all the woofers I have ever used, I have never gotten anything in the pole vent.
