You're going to have fun getting the box in there. My suggestion is to assemble the box in the trunk.

Also, you can disassemble the rear seat to get more clearance through the rear, but it still won't be enough room for a Ti Elite sub box.

The Ti will KILL inside a small Mustang.

After I disassembled the back seat, I even cut some of the lip off of the opening to get more clearance.

I built a box for a single 12 in my buddy's 96 stang. It was the first time I ever thougth I built and covered a box that was not going to fit. We had to remove the rubber seal that went around the trunk and it just barely fit in.

Do you use the back seat? Plenty-o-room back there and easy to mount it as well.... I have been dreaming of a cyclone in my 94s back seat if I can fit the 3 cubes it needs. I hate putting people back there anyway as they just complain about no space, while I am thinking the same.

update on the stang. i sat the ti12d in the trunk to get an idea of where to put it and could not find anything to my liking. so i have decided to give the rsdc12 another chance and order a pair of 122s. i can use the same box design that my w6s were in that was just over 2cuft. and it still gives me plenty of trunk.
