As Metallica would say.I look at it this way, if you where dumb enough to get caught up in all the bullshit, and when I say bullshit I mean mortgages, I my self know how much I make in a year and my spending habits, and wifes habits aswell, Ill throw this # out there, I can afford a mortgage for 250 grand, but as soon as you walk through that door and the brokers or bankers or whom ever you used, where telling you, you could afford a mortgage for twice that, that is a huge temptation to most people. So the way I see it, if you where naive enough to take the bait from the wolves, too bad, but this is whats wrong with our society as a whole, everything is sugar coated and force fed too us, and as Denim sid, this is sad but true.

And why is it so easy for everyone to forget the stock market was the highest ever while Bush was in office? I don't see how we can blame Bush directly for the failure of the economy. What exactly did he do to ruin it?
i agree! i dont feel bad for obama but it started WAY before bush!

all the debt problems are ALL of the past presidents, members of congress and the senates fault!

they created these problems and if they REALLY wanted to they could uncreate them!

but they all create these problems to have a problem to say they are solvingm, a reason to campaign and for there own selfish reasons :idiot:

Things can change almost overnight and then you need it.

still NO reason for the govt to step in and say you have to buy insurance or pay extra on your taxes!

last time i checked before the fed can step in you must partake in interstate commerce, and if i dont buy im not entering into interstate commerce, there for the fed cannot control my heath insurance. its purely unconstitutional and really its a states matter by law!
this is just another way the fed is overstepping their boundries, and if we keep giving them all the small things they want you will wake up 1 day and wonder were all of your fredoms went!
