I went for a drive today and found this little fella!
He was pretty small, and kinda mangy. Still fun to go out and see something like this though!

For a moose, it does look might mangy. Still cool.
I'm used to pictures and art featuring fantastically large male moose from around Alberta because all the shops in Banff (a massive tourist trap Rocky Mountain town near Calgary) are full of this stuff.
I've only ever seen one moose really close but it was night so I didn't get good definition. Was pretty close though.

FYI, moose shed their antlers and coats in spring, so they do tend to look pretty mangy around this time of year.
