sorry about the picture. i took it off of my cell phone. i took this picture last sunday the 16th at 1:30. we were at my sons baseball game and the game came to a stop when one kid looked up in the sky. i live in FL in the spacecoast area. i have lived here for 20 years and hve never seen anything like this. the picture was taken in satalite beach. in real life it's a rainbow around the sun in a perfect circle.
na! we called some people out in viera and they didnt see the same thing. we were a couple blocks away from the beach in IHB/SAT. the weird thing is it was a sunny day. next to no clouds.
I see those quite often, but usually on colder days where the sun reflects off the ice in the upper atmosphere. But the gist is that if the upper atmosphere is humid, and the sun is refracting. Nothing to worry about
