I have a 600.2 (which is the same amp in reality) and it drives a couple of 4 ohm subs wired in parallel in bridged mode quite happily. It's designed to do this and the literature actually states this.

I thought the ZX Ti series were made for 4 ohm mono and the 600.2 was modified to handle it but I have been known to be wrong on more then a few occasions..
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.

Nah mate, the older ZX Ti and newer Ti amps are essentially the same. The even older ZX amps were also two ohm stable when bridged.

I used a ZX-450 to power a couple of Infinity Beta 10 subs at one stage.

I think the only real difference between the zx ti and the ti is that the zx ti used actual gold in the connections to avoid corrosion, but the ti's use normal stuff with a protective coating over it, instead of gold. Same affect, cheaper manufacturing. Other than that I believe they are the same board, so either one should be 2ohm stable.

My zx400ti and ti400.2 both even have "zero point" on the same spot on the board and look identical except for the writing on the case. Granted I haven't popped the tops of them both to look, but from what I can see from the windows on them, they look identical.

no worries ive been running my zx500 bridged the last 2 weeks at 2 ohms and no issues at all, you may want to consider the dmm sine wave test tone gain setting adjustment to b safe and try keep more than normal ventalation for it- GOODLUCK And ENJOY!

I ran mine bridged 2 ohm for a long time, it cooked after the fan failed on it. ...that would of happened regardless of ohm load though.
It drew a ton of power when I had it cranked up. Make sure you do the big three, and use at least 4 gauge. Doesn't seem like it would be a big deal with a 600 watt amp, but it will suprise you :D

thats wild u mentioned the big 3, i did this on my audi @ my main red top batt. for negative, in the back for my smaller stinger batt- still have yet to do the starter wire?? my audi already has factory 4 gauge, not sure if that makes a difference or not??!

Already done the big 3, I have 0awg to a fused distribution block in the rear and 4awg from that to the amp's. Could do with a stator re-wind to around 120 and an optima tbh.
