GTI speaker set up help

so ive been looking into getting a gti mk5 or mk6. i like the interior of the mk6 more but i like the exterior of the mk5 more so ive found myself in a bit of a situation. the mk6 has 2 set of components and the mk5 has a 3 way in front (6.5, 4, tweeter) i dont really want to ditch my ti elites and getting a ti 9 to fit in that 6.5 and 6.5 to fit in that 4 is too much of a mission. so my question is what the eff should i do. exterior and audio is my main concern.

I´ve got a brandnew 3 way Zeropoint setup if u are interested. Including two 6.5´s with grilles, two 4´s with grilles the two tweeters with mountig hardware and the crossovers.

Maybe we can work out soemthing

I'd just go with the MK5 and go two way with it. Ease of install/tune-ability and 95% of the people are only going to see the outside of your car, if that is of any concern to you???, and not the inside.

I too love my Ti Elites, but I don't use them anymore (collectors thing) and I would suggest MAYBE getting a 3-way that would fit, if you're insistent on having a 3-way front end.

well im just wondering with the speaker layout if i would be messing the harmonics of the car or would the ti speakers make up for the crappy stock speakers. when i first sat down in the mk6 i fell in love with the interior but i rather save money than drop 32k on a new one when i can get a mk5 for 20k thats 12k i can use on other cool stuff
