I thought some of their other series were much better than the pa.........I have a HA400 I'm working on right now......it's a sub amp, but the build quality is superb.
I've also had a few other Earthquake amps, most recently a 5 channel and I have loved every single one of them..
I will agree with ttocs though, they are very plain jane. I like to think of them as understated.....

I had a pa4300 and miss it. If I could find another one and the $$ to get it, I would. They are brutes and earned the reputation they've got. They are very good amps.
At rated power, 14v
THD <.02%
380w x 4 @ 4 ohms, they weren't as under rated as everyone thinks, they're about 15% under rated, which means the 380 x4 was more like ~425 x 4
1440w x 2 @ 4 ohms, did ~1600 x 2
and VERY VERY power hungry.
33" long and weighed in at 35lbs.

"ZPA's will have the same sound essentially as you get from the MS, they just feature a bigger shinier set of balls."
