More problem...............errrrr i mean fun today!
Rear brake line broke out just when i left job! Good part is it was an easy fix, 2 joints and one brake line pipe later, everything was repaired! I still have to bleed the brakes, but that will have to wait until tomorrow! The car is coming along nicely, and i had lots of fun fixing it, even if sometimes it was not the good time to break :p
I had fun hooking up my laptop with my OBD2 scantool yesterday, just to check different things, like my air/fuel ratio and things like that. I still have to change the spark plugs and the valve cover's seal, and change the engine coolant to be on the safe side, maybe the thermostat too while being there!
The worst day since long time

Changing the engine coolant is a great idea on this car. It came originally with Dexcool, the orange stuff. This coolant is terrible. They claimed 5 years 100 to 150 K. It does not last that long. If don't change your coolant you will have leaky coolant seals, clogged radiators, clogged heater cores, and leaky water pumps. And you don't want to change the water pump on this Cavalier. It is a total pain, one of the toughest. Change and flush your system every two years regardless of mileage. This will help keep your engine happy.

Coolant changed yesterday! I installed my other alternator too, this one was giving me 13.5v, while the other was giving a steady 14.5v
Changed the spark plug and wires, found out that they were real bad worn out, and that cable #3 was not making contact. So after changing cable #3 and all 4 plugs, the car was having much better accel and reaction time!
Today i have the valve cover seal to change, and that should conclude the repairs on this car!

He appreciates your support but he aint beggin for it
Isn`t 13,5 a little to low?? It should be in the 14, 2-14,6 range with load.
