I have not seen any others with the silver fins but I have seen people say they have roadsters numbered xxx 0f 250 , xxx 0f 500 and my 2 are xxx of 50.
I questioned aamp about numbers and Morgan's response was.

Hi Matthew,

Your Roadster66 is indeed a truly rare amplifier. Its numbered 26 of 50 because during this production run we only built 50 units.

In total there are less than 250 roadsters ever built, which makes it more rare than most PG limited edition amps.

08.09 certainly is August of 2009, I was actually at the factory QC’ing the amplifiers at that time.

It is very unlikely it’s a refurbished unit, I don’t believe AAMP has ever sold a single B-stock/Refurb roadster, so that would make it pretty much impossible.

Here's the extent of my knowlegde of the Roadster.........
*Less than 500 made
*No exact number really known by my sources
*The last run of "xxx of 50" that you got RODIN had nothing to do with as it was post AAMP's acquisition of the PG name.......(says my source)
*Until somebody else speaks up, I have the only polished fin unit
*And I have a shirt to match my install........

I also have some Roadster panphlets they handed out at CES........ :wink:
