what would cause a lcd screen to roll like the old tube televisions did????

radio interference coming in through the input cables... similiar to running your cheap RCA right next to your 0ga power wire?

LOST SYNC from either weak signal or bad cables or just a broke LCD drive circuitry

I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.
