The larger stuff would not be an issue, just the little letters.
The only othe problem is that I just got a new laptop and windows 7 doesn't seem to like the drivers for the cutter yet, windows 7 was NOT my idea.... I hope to have it fixed soon and we can work it out but it would not be too hard. Just lay down you mask, shoot and then peel. A coat of clear would help to protect it of course.

I run openbsd here but still need windows also for cutting and embroidery shit ...try winxp mode in windows7 ..it should work

That's an even better idea than mine. A spray mask/stencil would allow me to airbrush in the lettering, making it look even more like the original screen printing

if we can get a good pic of it the software it came will will copy it. All I would need to do is clean up some of the corners/edges and it would be find as long as it isn't too small.....
