The tech support one is true for me. My Linksys wireless router has given me some problems, after calling support, I'm worse off. Talked to (broken down, I can barly pronounce it, let alone spell it, ... Rah edge, w/a long e sound in the 1st e of edge) Thought I was talking to him in INDIA. WTF!?

I've been doing that for ages. Doesn't work so well with long sleeves unfortunately.
