LPL help

Post by soundbit »

Ok got an LPL question for everyone.
I have 2 X600.1 (one per sub). Want to use 1 LPL for both. I read the tech note for the LPL splitter but I wonder why only the primary amp uses all 4 wires and the secondary only uses 2 center wires. Also, 1 amp may not be powered on all the time so I might be just running a single sub from time to time. Will that make any difference with the LPL wiring?

That howto is specific to the ZX amps. Just use a standard phone splitter on your Xenons and it will work fine.

any idea which one we use for the RSD amps? I will need to split one for my Ti9's to have them adjust the same from different amps.

If in doubt, use a dual audio taper pot from radio shank. 2 in one...
