just an FYI - slander is when someone is talking bad about you. Libel is when they are writting bad things about you. If you go to court judy might point that out if she can read it all.

I can't even keep it straight what was supposed to happen, what did happen, what didn't happen. maybe a flow chart would help some of us?

As I stated last night ... I am having issues with getting a good pic,s to post that's not to big . That can be read buy all ... FYI tracking # only stay in the system for just so long .. if it was me and I got diped off and I had payed with paypal I would have opened a clame with them and gotten my money back . He did not do this insted he wages two months and then attack,s me on this site only .. just saying .

The deal I made with you was for two 900.7 but you sold one out from under me Rember .. also there is no way the usps is going to deliver an box that is fully opened on one end .. they would have sent it back to me. That box was insured for $600 and when you complant to me about how it came to you I offered to put in a clame on the insurance you said no you like projects. Wtfe .

You want to talk about the deal? First off, the parts amp sold BEFORE we made a deal and YOU wanted me to give it to you & just refund the guy who already bought it. I don't do that kind of shit. Second, the deal was your two rusty but great working amps for the 900.7 + some cash. So was it the post office who drilled a hole in the amp & spliced a toggle switch into the fan wiring? Because I'm pretty sure a good amp wouldn't need that. The box WAS open when I got it, my house has small mailboxes with package lockers but the mail lady is a friend of mine & she actually brought the package to my door so I could make sure everything was there. We were both stunned someone was stupid enought to just toss 2 amps into a box without any packing material whatsoever. You can't file a claim with the USPS for YOUR idiocy, insurance covers their mistakes not yours. Besides the only damage caused by your idiotic shipping practice was bent up mounting feet & some extra scratches in the rust. No big deal considering I was going to refinish them from the ground up, but I did not expect to have to rebuild them internally too.
I still had the 900.7 and my money and we revisited the deal because you could not be trusted. You offered another 600.2 that was supposed to be in better shape, and put money in with your amp. You gave me a tracking number for the second package, and two weeks later it showed up with a ship date only a week old. Pretty easy to figure that one out, not to mention the unmatched tracking numbers & fact the one you gave me didn't work either. After opening up the amps, all 3 had serious problems inside (in addition to the switch) and have all needed quite a few parts just to get them working reliably again. How's that mint condition 900.7 you got in exact condition as I said treating you? That's what I though, and I feel sorry for the schmuck who was dumb enough to buy the chrome parts amp from you on eBay.

You talk about slander, good luck suing when you seem to be the one doing all the name calling around here.

It seems my experience & Wrenn's in dealing with you is just par for the course. Perhaps you should work on that if you want people to trust you in the future.
