One of my clients just bought the new one. I think the only major difference over the old one is it will do 4k resolution. No biggie at the moment.

maybe so but i heard vs the 93 there are some better chip ect faster loading
vs other companys normal or higher end unit i feal these are great buys. im sure no one needs a 500 or 1000 unit but it will do alot more than my 2 samsung 6500 3d bluray players
i would like to know if you didn't own a high end 3d or bluray do you think this is a great unit with most option and great picture and sound

It absolutely is one of the best performing Bluray players on the market. I also like the look of the chassis. When get around to buying a Bluray player, it will likely be an Oppo. I only wish they would make a "lite" version without all the network streaming junk.

probably delayed due to product release dates. Kinda like a new alblum, you can pre order online, but wont get it till the release date. Politic,s.
