Tantrum T1200.1

G'day all,

I have a major issue. My system is running a T1200.1 for my sub. A couple of months ago it stopped working, so i took it to my local stereo place, which they then sent it away for repair. Here begins my problem:

After them having my amp since half way through September, today they say it can't be fixed because they can't source a new Tripath pre amp plug in module (Ta1013A). I can't seem to find any secondhand units,l have looked on ebay etc.

The store have told me they have tried every possible avenue.

What options or ideas do l have guys

Check here,this is where to get Phoenix Gold amps repaired and you should be able to get the part also.

unavailable unless you are very very lucky... the company that made those tripath chips went under years back. Amp is useless now and cannot be repaired so find another one they are cheap.
