MS-2100 ??

Post by W-Pin »

In an old Car Audio and Electronics directory Phoenix Gold lists a MS-2100 amplifier. Its specifications were 100 watts x 2 into 4 ohms stereo. Does anyone know if this amplifier was ever made? This directory was from either 1989 or 1990.
If anyone has information about this amp please post it here.
Thank you in advance.

Never heard of it before. Maybe it was scrapped in favor of the MS2125?

Thanks for the reply. After researching my other old directories, I think that it was a misprint. The 1990 CA&E directory is the only one that lists a MS-2100. Even though they list it as a 100 watt X 2 amp, I now think that it was supposed to be a MS-2125. The 1991, 1992, and 1993 directories all list the same line up of MS series amps, but no 2100.
I'm new here but, have been into car audio for well over 25 years. I always wanted to own Phoenix Gold equipment and have recently begun to aquire a piece or two or more...

Thanks again for your interest.
