it's a skoda octavia vrs, still have the rear seats and still have a reasonably large usable boot too (made all covers to protect everything)

Very nice. A professional installer would show envy.

Q - I've never installed drivers in the kicks. How the hell do you keep them from getting a beating? I understand the benefits of this location, but they are so suceptable to getting punched in with goofs in boots.

it's a lot more challenging to do kick builds in a right hand drive car, this is one reason why i chose my car very wisely, i knew VAG cars had big kick wells and i managed to get 6" mids in there very comfortably!

i envy you guys with left hand drive automatics :(

just standard door hinges lol! they take the weight all day long, i routed them in flush with the 18mm mdf to which the amps are mounted.

note the old rockford audiophiles before upgrading to max's!

on axis with opposite listener, no time allignment used and have near perfect imaging/staging 8) have been tempted to swap the tlr's out for beryllium tweeters but not convinced i'll be better off, those tlr's work wonders for imaging/staging

marko, nice install, I skimmed through the posts and heard you say alcantara was a biatch on the doors. were you using panel or cover? panel stretches pretty good, and have got it to form to some reall weird shapes. there is a few other types of alcantara auto formal, soft, cover and panel... just a 411 in case you didn't know
